Here at Legacy we offer a wide range of funeral services to suit your needs.
As specified by the Office of Fair Trading, to provide the minimum service necessary, is as follows:-

- Provision of all professional services required for the arrangement of the funeral, liaison with all necessary third parties and completion of all necessary documentation
- Conveyance of your loved one to our Chapel of Rest (office hours only)
- Care and preparation of your loved one (no embalming) includes dressing in own clothes or a taffeta robe
- Chapel of Rest visits during office hours by appointment only
- Provision of a simple oak veneered coffin complete with nameplate and fittings
- Provision of the Funeral Director and Pall Bearers on the day of the funeral
- Funeral procession to go direct to Crematorium, date and time of funeral to suit your wishes (whilst taking into account prior commitments we may have)
- Scattering of cremated remains in the Garden of Remembrance unwitnessed
Additional Services
Collection of your loved one’s cremated remains and returned to our Chapel of Rest – No Charge
Transfer of your loved one into our care out of hours (8pm – 8am) – £150.00
Hygienic Treatment (embalming) – £155.00
Funeral Service not held at Macclesfield Crematorium – £200.00
